HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

We offer a variety of different time slots to best serve our client and their treatment goals.  Sessions can range from 30-60 minutes with options to add additional time if needed. 


The initial intake appointment (the first session), we allot for 60 minutes.  This session is where we like to get a good picture of our clients from neonatal up to present day, discuss treatment planning, treatment goals, and make sure we are the best fit to journey alongside you on your therapeutic goals.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Beautiful Mind Counseling Center is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. A session receipt or monthly superbill (with medical coding) can easily be provided so you can independently submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement of services. We also offer complimentary electronic submissions towards your Out-of-Network benefits on a monthly basis if you have Out-of-Network benefits.  We encourage you to review your current plan's Out-of-Network benefits. This value is often printed on the back of your card and may already be met through various appointments you attended throughout the year. To find out, call the member services 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card.

HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?
